Evening Meditations
Meditation is the basis of the teachings of Self-Realization Fellowship. There is strength in numbers, and there is great benefit in meditating with other devotees. This is a special way to tune in with God and the Great Ones. Our evening meditations begin with group practice of the Energization Exercises and all our meditations include periods of devotional chanting.
