Before you register, please talk with your child or teen, since taking part should be their own choice. You might share that Paramahansa Yogananda taught that the main purpose of life is to know God, and that this takes a quiet, focused mind. As Sri Daya Mata said, “Hong Sau is a powerful technique for developing the art of concentration.”

Regular Sunday School classes will continue for younger children and for anyone not taking part. Teens who aren’t participating are encouraged to attend the adult service.
